The service is great. I recommend having your supplies on auto-renewal. The shipping can take over a month because the company is based overseas.

My only comment is that the case is quite mangled as to probably soft casing, maybe a firmer wrapper can be considered...

I have been more than 6 years of Petbucket fan because prices are most reasonable, and I had a problem once they took care of my problem kindly.
Due to the company is overseas, little longer to get the delivery for free, other than that Petbucket is wonderful!

I recently received only half of the order I paid for through the auto-enroll program. I contacted Pet Bucket, and the staff quickly remedied the oversight with no fuss. Excellent prices, excellent customer service, and I really appreciate the auto-ship option. Thank you to the helpful staff at Pet Bucket!
