Answer:
There is absolutely no difference between Advocate and Advantage Multi. The manufacturer - Bayer - markets this product as "Advocate" in the UK and Australia and "Advantage Multi" in the US. You can use Frontline with Advocate/Advantage Multi.

I have been using this for years now. Love it. I have a dog that had border collie in her ancestry and would get ill from the ivermectin heartwormer all the time. So I tried this. It works great on her and I have continued using with my Aussie mixes
