Answer:
There is no scientific study shows that this could be the case. However if you still concern then you can always use Nexgard, Bravecto type chews / tablet preventatives.

I am looking for something to kill fleas, ticks and also for heartworm that is not a chewable but tropical, any sugguestions.
Answer:
Nexgard Spectra (it is not in sale in the US but you can buy European version from our site) is the only product which treats tick, flea and heartworm at the moment. However it comes as chewable tablet form.

כל המוצרים נמצאים בתוקף. בדרך כלל הפריטים מיוצרים כחצי שנה לפני מועד הפרסום ולכל פריט יש חיי מדף של שלוש שנים, אז בממוצע יש לך כ 2.5 שנים לפני תאריך התפוגה.
